I went in for a consultation and I immediately liked the doctor. Unfortuantely, I did not like the office manager/woman in charge of handling the insurance, Colleen. She gave me a hard time when I asked questions, like I was wasting her time. I then offered to pay cash. When my husband was unavailable to sign some documents (he was going to have to show up on a few separate occasions as I was going to use my HSA account and I am covered under his insurance and name) for several visits (he could make one, but he works and cannot take off whenever he feels like it), she got really snippy. My husband called to talk to her and she also gave him attitude. I then cancelled my surgery appointment just so I didn't have to deal with her anymore. I'm really disappointed as I really liked the doctor, but Colleen basically lost a patient as she doesn't seem to like to work with people that ask questions.
