I have used them in the past, but try not to. They do not do a great job with clothing. I have had to take back some items to have redone as they claimed they had done them. (they had more wrinkles in them than before I took them in). But I do like to take my down comforter in here. They do a great job with it. The prices are not too bad and they will honor coupons as well.
