Boulder's new, Tahona Tequila Bistro boasts over 100 different varieties of tequila. And where there's tequila, you know margs and tacos are sure to follow closely in tow. But here, the margs have fresh squeezed lime juice and come in about as many varieties as the tequila. Their best selling tacos are made from all natural ingredients and served with homemade condiments, like salsa and sour cream. (Take that, shredded cheese users). \r
