Review content:
My boyfriend purchased a very expensive diamond ring from the jewelry factory September 14th 2008. He was promised the diamond back in his hands and set within 7 to 10 business days. He received the ring today Oct. 23, 2008. Last weekend on our 2 year anniversary he had plans to propose. He lost money on canceling the room and time off from work when he still did not have the ring by Friday afternoon. The Jewelry Factory mailed the ring to the wrong address and did not even bother to put a name on the package, it was going to my boyfriends work. Somehow they sent it to the old address for the business. How would they even get that?? My boyfriend was able to get it at the post office after pleading with them since he didnt have anything with that wrong address on it and there was no name on the package. The salespeople at the Jewelry Factory said it wasnt their fault and were rude about it. How is sending it to the wrong address not their fault? Corporate was even ruder. I would NEVER go back there again and advise everyone to do the same.
