First lets start with the tv add that shows the employees standing in a parking lot waving. The building they are standing in front of is not their show room, who knows what it is. Anyway, drove an hour to get there to find out contrary to their tv add that they had one diamond in the range I was looking for and it was so flawed that I could see the yellow with my naked eye. When I asked the associate where the rest were like in the tv add she said ""that's it"". She was also very rude and not helpful at all. Tried to sell me a stone costing twice as much. Do not waste your time shopping there, local or not. They are rude and deceptive, both in their advertising and in person.
