I heard the same problem with non-payment of rent. As such, and with no word to the contrary, I can only suspect the worst - the remnants of any membership money has been pocketed by Tommy and the city sheriff provided the padlock. If this was just a health code violation it would have been easy to let us know what was going on and then fix the problems. I think this place is shuttered for good.
Businesses may have their ups and downs but it's outrageous that the owner hasn't had the courage and the class to let the members know what has happened. To simply lock the place up and leave us all hanging is inexcusable. 'Piece of shit' is just about right.
