They gave ma a quote for work needed. Once the car was on the hoist, the price went up by 33%. They gave me a quote for additional parts. The final bill for the additional parts was higher by 38%. They gave me a quote for additional work. After we had worked out the over-billing on the first job, I figured ""what the heck, I'll give 'em one more shot."" Manager (Harry Harth) promised a discount to smooth over the previous misunderstanding. Final bill on the additional work had been boosted by more than the promised discount, so it ended up costing me more than the original quote (again!). My bad on that second one. Save yourself the disappointment. Find a place that is run by a person with integrity and where service is performed by qualified professionals. My vehicle was returned with the drivers seat slid all the way back and reclined (low rider test drive?). The center console had been opened and contents left on the passenger floor. Glove box had been rifled and a spare wallet I keep for emergencies had been left in the cupholder (I'm not in the habit of leaving a wallet in plain view in a parkinig lot. Seemed to be a dare for someone to break into the car.). Be warned. Find another place.
