Review content:
I've been very impressed with the staff and the other patrons of the gym. They're all very friendly and fun, and if you need help, just ask and they'll be more than happy to give you a hand.
The gym has everything I need, from free weights, machines, cardio, and lots of space to stretch out. Plus, it's very bright and open, so I never feel crowded, and I've never had a problem with the cleanliness of the facility, which is very important to me. The women's gym is a comfortable place if you're female and don't want to be around men, but I've always found the men there very respectful, so I don't normally use it.
My kids love the kids program as well as the people who run it, and I feel very comfortable trusting them with my kids (and I'm a rather paranoid mom).
There's also a great mix of people with a variety of ages and cultural backgrounds. Their fitness levels range from beginners who are just starting to try to lose weight and get into shape to top shape athletes who are happy to share their tips with you. I've never felt out-of-place, which was something that often kept me from joining a gym before.
The only reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars is because some of the cardio equipment could be upgraded (and I'm sure it will be), and it doesn't have a pool, which would be nice for injury rehab, or any outdoor courts, which would be nice on sunny, warm days. But for a traditional indoor gym, it's great!
