Maybe they just got too big. I asked for a quote and a "salesman" came out and quoted everything. Problem was when the techs came out they said they couldn't do the work and that the salesman should have known.
It took three visits to get carpets cleaned and floors cleaned between quotes , pick up and work completed. Always on Coit's schedule not mine.
Everyone had to come out from Monrovia- not convenient to the west side of Los Angeles.I was terribly disappointed and would never use them again. I won't even get into their commercials where they say they can remove pet stains only to be told after cleaning my carpets
with pet stains left that they can't remove pet stains!
