Pricing is too high. I supposedly received a discount. The only reason I went ahead and used the service was because I was having guest the next day. If prices were more reasonable, I would have had more work done. For the amount of money I paid, I would have expected more. For example, in the past I have had techs even lay paper runner in rooms for you to step on, in case you have to walk back into room prior to carpet drying. Technician was not prepared to do other work if i wanted more to be done (grout cleaning, and wood floor) as mentioned on the phone. Stain was not removed in my sons room, rather than inform me that it could not b removed or offer any type of other methods that could possibly work, the technician said nothing. I had to discover it and inquire of him "why is this dirty area still here". Equipment was having a problem, which the tech informed me that either we could reschedule or he could try to get another tech to come from nearby. I told him it had to b done that same day. Equipment started working properly after about 10 minutes. Dirt reappeared in my bedroom at heavy traffic entrance.
