Review content:
Coit cleaned our carpets very well. We had called received an appointment over the phone with an estimated charge. Before our carpets were cleaned the representative told us the price plus a service charge that we were not told about. We had no choice but to pay it since he was here but would have appreciated to know about it before he arrived. This bait and switch tactic is not professional.
