The only "complaint" I would have was on my drapery cleaning. The guy picked up a few rooms of draperies. A few days later I got a call from someone saying that some of my sheers had shredded. I asked if they would compensate me for this, she said that the guy had warned me that this could happen. He did not. She said he wrote it on the estimate, but he never verbally told me it was a possibility. He should have mentioned it to me. All of the sheers shredded and could not be rehung. I could have at least made a decision whether to send them for cleaning or not if I had known that that was a possibility ahead of time. He also did not mark them properly as to where they all came from and it made it a little difficult/confusing for the rehanging. I also used you for duct cleaning. The estimate was miscounted, on the high side. My contractor was here to go over the # of ducts and corrected the estimate, otherwise I would have overpaid.
