Review content:
My 11 year old son and me have trained at Minnesota Martial Arts Academy for just over a year now and this academy is the real deal. \r

Unlike past TaeKwonDo/Hapkido schools I've trained at over the past 5 years where you basically buy yourself a Blackbelt, at MMAA you earn your way. But you don't do it alone. MMAA has awesome highly skilled instructors at every level for their BJJ/MuayThai/Selfdefense/MMA courses. And the bonus is the owner and UFC trainer Greg Nelson doesn't only train his MMA fighters he instructs at all levels of all the courses. \r

As for the another review here stating they only care about your money. That comment is BS. I started out as a 40 something out of shape with arthritis in my hip so I'm no where near an ideal UFC prospect *LOL* and I've never once felt out of place or denied assistance or instruction. In fact times where my hip has caused problems with any given technique the instructors have always been excellent in offering me similar alternative techniques. \r

Minnesota Martial Arts Academy is serioiusly the best place to train modern martial arts in the Twin Cities hands down...
