10/12/2011 9:55:00 PM\r Letter: Quick service leads to satisfied customer \r \r \r \r EDITOR:\r \r Several weeks ago after being involved in an accident on West Sheldon Street, my vehicle was in need of some pretty extensive bodywork. I remembered a friend named Steve Sanders and his wife Marci who own ABC Carstar Body and Frame. I drove to their business on 6th Street, and, within 30 minutes, I was picked up by Enterprise Rental. All of the arrangements were done by Steve.\r \r Several days later I was contacted by Steve and Cameron and was informed that approval for the work was OK'd by the insurance company, and that the parts needed were already on order. They literally took over from start to finish, and the best news is, my vehicle was finished five days early.\r \r Their motto on their business card reads, ""Relax, we'll take it from here."" I can't say enough about the total care I received.\r \r Denny McQuaid\r \r Prescott\r \r more to share - \r \r \r
