Review content:
I called to make my first appointment/consultation as I am expecting my first child. The women who answered the phone was clearly eating as she answered the phone because she could not clearly tell me the name of the office I had called. As we talked she smacked her food, cleared her throat and coughed into the phone several times! I could also hear the other women in the office coughing in the back round, very loudly. Did not say excuse me or anything! Does not exactly give me the feeling of a healthy environment for a newborn. I made the appointment but I am so grossed out I doubt I will keep it. Disappointing as I have read several good reviews about him, just not sure I can get past the bad manners of the staff.
