Review content:
A few days ago my daughter visited the spa and had a horrific experience. I am talking about the Freedom Salon of York, Maine. This was not the first time she visited. In the past she had words of praise for the establishment. After being laughed at and given a appalling massage, which had her literally in pain when she came back to my home, she contacted the spa about this negative experience. Freedom Spa gave the excuse the employees were involved in some sort of a Halloween party while she was scheduled for her massage. Your therapist not only hurt, but also laughed with her colleagues about subjects she was able to hear. Basically it was stated she could come back to the establishment and get another massage. An analogy here would be to go back to a restaurant that had just served you ptomaine poisoning. She then asked for a refund at which time the spa refused to credit a gift card she received for her birthday. This is totally unacceptable. Freedom Spa is obviously incompetent and unprofessional.
