Review content:
Our whole family uses Fairway Auto Repair, including my husband, our twin boys, and my mother. I have been using them for at least 6 years now and their service has been above and beyond what I expected.
They are completely thorough to the point that they will check everything from light bulbs to brake pads even if you just go in for an oil change.
We have twin 16-year-old boys and, when they got their first car, Dale went through the entire vehicle, checking everything out and showing them the blind spots. He was troubleshooting for the boys. I do not think that the average auto shop would have done that.
Dale also sends reminders about routine maintenance requirements so that you do not have to rely on a light coming on to remind you to change your oil. I think that this is wonderful.
In terms of Price for Value, I would give them a 10-star rating if I could. They are totally outstanding and completely reliable.
