Review content:
I took my wife's vehicle to Fairway Auto and received excellent service, and at a fair price. Her SUV is an older vehicle, and I was told what I needed done, what should be done at the next service, and what I would need done in the future. I received an excellent summary of my vehicle's needs, and I drove away knowing my truck was in good hands.
I don't like surprises, and Dale and his crew made every effort to see that I don't get one.
I will continue to use Fairway for upkeep and any necessary repairs on all my vehicles.
I have been in shops where they tell you you need things done and you're not always sure about it. Dale took the time to explain in detail what I needed, and I walked away knowing clearly what was being done, and why. I've been in repair shops where I wasn't sure about what I needed, or why. This shop takes the mystery out of car repair and maintenance.
Thanks to Dale and his crew for an excellent experience in car maintenance. I couldn't be happier.
