Review content:
I bought a new ATV for my daughters in the Fall. Within a week the rear axle kept sliding back and forth and the chain fell off numerous times. I brought the bike up to them to have a look and I could barely even get them to come out of the store and just look at it and they wanted a hour's wage to adjust the axle and put the chain on properly which should've been done at the time of assembly. Everything had a cost tagged to it after this point, labor, parts, everything was on me.
I decided to just leave and after some searching online I figured out how to do it myself.
I also bought a $400 gun from them on the same initial day that I bought the ATV, they have a small gun shop and gunsmith in here too. That transaction was OK and the price was comparable to all the other area gun shops.
I do feel though after spending over $1500 in one day, in two different departments that they might go that extra mile for a good customer but after my experience I can see they don't really care on repeat customers.
