Review content:
Twice now i have stayed home from work to meet technician for scheduled work. Both times they didn't show. First time technician was sick, ok fine but couldn't some one else have come?? rescheduled for the following week. This time they notify me it's to cold to do the work and they can't come?? What if the weather was a factor in doing this work maybe they should have told and i could have told them the week before based on the forecast that maybe we shouldn't schedule this and waste my time!! Mr. Savage whole attitude stinks, "what do you want me to do" how about provide some service!
