Review content:
Went here last night for a beer and something smallish to eat. I'm a 2nd shifter so didn't get there til around 10:30. Got seated at a booth that had food all over the seat. Gross. We had 2 different servers which is no big deal, except we asked both of them for two waters, and ended up having to remind the 2nd server, only to get ONE water brought out 10 minutes later. So out comes the food... well half of it... they had dropped mine on the floor. So I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for my food. We had to get up and get our own ketchup since there was none on the table, or any of the nearby tables. We ordered ribs and were given two napkins and no wet-naps. We also watched one of the waitresses walk up to another table with a giant mouth full of food. I am a pretty easy going diner but this is pretty much the story every time we eat at ANY BW-3's here in Columbus. But this was our worst visit. This was probably the last trip we'll make. The food and drinks are over priced and I've never had anything here I'd order again. Especially since they make it pretty obvious that all they want to do after 10 is rush you out the door so they can clean and leave.
