Review content:
I usually don't ever write reviews but decided to after my short time at The Reagle Beagle. I just moved back to town 3 mos ago after a couple years away and decided to go back to the Beagle for a relaxing experience of a haircut n massage. When I arrived, I asked where my previous stylist was, Heather, and was told she no longer works there and is not the owner anymore. I won't mention my stylist, but felt very rushed through the haircut and kinda treated poorly because i wanted to know where Heather went. My stylist was very cold and quick with me. As for the massage; it was also dull and rushed. I purchased an hour massage, but received a very light pressure massage with way too much talking. I felt I had to try way too hard to relax. I let my feelings be known to the new owner, who said, ""there's no way my stylists or massage therapist would ever rush me"". She did offer me 25% off my next haircut, but I told her no thank you. I feel it's odd that all the reviews on here are all perfect, because that's not even close to what I experienced while I was serviced in there. I miss the old owner and staff from before when I used to go there for my haircuts. First bad review I ever wrote for anything.
