Review content:
After I had made the reservation I read some of the reviews on this restaurant and almost cancelled. After all it was my best friend's birthday and I didn't want bad service, mediocre food and a big check. But I decided that people often times take the time to write something negative but not to write something positive. So I rolled the dice. Well I'm glad I did, the restaurant is beautiful, the service was great and upon dessert being served the sax player came out and played Happy Birthday for my friend. It was a nice change from the usual and we couldn't have been happier. We sat outside and enjoyed the magnificant view. I felt guilty that as a resident of L.I.C. I had never patronized this restaurant. That of course will now change and intend to go there for brunch next Sunday.
Pros: ambience, view, outdoor dining
