Businiess name:  Falls Road Animal Hospital

Review content:
My one and only experience of this place was absolutely terrible. At 6:30am, on a rainy day, I found a little dog hit on the road... The dog was and seemed to be paralyzed, or in shock and dying. The closest place open was Falls road animal hospital. There was no other customers in the office for that 30 minutes - They treated me like a criminal, completely unwilling to do a basic search to see if any owners had lost such a dog recently (as it was clearly a family pet). They were discourteous, rough in handling the animal, and played guilt-trip tactics to make me pay over $150 for the ""proper"" euthanasia and disposal of this dog. They suggested that it was my dog and that I was just trying to dump it off with them. It was stated that they would take the dog in the back and take care of it... however, they allowed this animal to be alone, suffering needlessly for an inordinate amount of time, before getting around to the case, because they seemed too busy doing routine office work. As I looked around at the celebrity photos on the wall, I realized what a facade this place is- it makes me ill thinking about that experience, and how, if that had happened in the middle of the day with other patients/customers, the behavior of the staff (including the doctors) might wave been very different. I told them I found is dog hit in the road, dying, and it was trusting like a family pet, but it may be stray. A month or so later, I received a card from them saying how wonderful it was that I brought my dog ""Stray"" to be their patient, and would I like to set up another appointment.(?!)
