Review content:
Two hours before our big BBQ house warming party, the caterer called and canceled. Scrambling for ideas, we decided to call Dinosaur Bar-B-Que to see what they could do. We didn't have a whole lot of hope since we needed food for 75 people. In two hours, Dinosaur had put together beans, coleslaw, cornbread, ribs, and chicken. In three hours, they had pulled pork, beef brisket, and salt potatoes. The food was amazing. No one realized the snafu with the original caterer. Dinosaur Bar-B-Que saved our party and the food was probably better than the original caterer's food.
