Review content:
So much of that garlic chicken passes in and out of the kitchen. It's a generous portion, too-- Believe me, you won't come away hungry.
This is not to say the other portions are small. Most everything else will rate doggie bags as well. Try arroz con pollo, either of the roast pork dishes, marinated Cuban steaks, breaded or served with the ubiquitous mojo, seafood with garlic sauce. About the only thing which isn't huge-- but is darned tasty-- is shrimp in garlic sauce.
I like Versailles, but sure wish they'd be more consistent with the plátanos maduros. Sometimes, they're soft, sweet are caramelized, other times they're bland and dry.
Still in all, it's good food. A few underripe plantains now and then won't keep me away.
Pros: Huge menu, Huge portions, Garlic chicken
