I am so happy I joined Vision Quest! Now that I have been working out at least three times a week, I have so much more energy for everything! Im not as tired when I get home from work and I enjoy the time with my kids more. I want to thank VQ for showing me how much better I can be in so many ways when I stay active and healthy!!
