Review content:
Once again, another great meal at Joey's. This is quickly becoming my go-to place whenever I want to take people out that are in town. Went last night and ordered the Mista salad, which is excellent. Then, ordered the Tortelloni with Speck and mushrooms, which is always a big hit. Also had the Burrata special, which was soft and smooth and very good.\r

For dinner, I ordered the Tuna Steak, which came with grilled tomatoes and greens. The sides were good and the tuna was as well, but I ordered the tuna medium-rare, and it came out more of a medium to medium-well. I didn't want to send it back because my guests were already enjoying their meals, but it was definitely overdone. This is the first time I've really had a problem with something not being cooked correctly, as I've been 3 other times and haven't had a problem. \r

For dessert, we ordered the Pear dessert and it was very good. It comes with Vanilla Bean gelato, which was good, but the gelato had ice chunks in it from being too frozen. The server said that it was supposed to be that way, but I have a hard time believing that.\r

As always, the service was very good and is one of the reasons I keep coming back. They are always on top of everything and are more than willing to help you out should something not be to your liking. I will keep coming back for more!
