Went to the spa this past summer for a regular facial. I've had a lot of facials in my time and thought it was just fair. The cost of the facial was quite high. Upon leaving, my esthetician tried to sell me facial products. I declined but the male behind the counter didn't let up. He continued on for about 15 min as to why it was important I purchase the products. I declined and rushed out. I went out to happy hour with my mother. When I was out, the man left two voicemails on my phone which I didn't hear at the time as it was in my purse in a noisy restaurant. The first one stated that he forgot to put an ""add on"" onto my bill and the second message said he went ahead and added the charge onto my credit card!! Without my authorization!! Don't go here! They're just greedy and dishonest!!!
