I agree with ""hairstarrr"" below... it is nice place but, the food is mediocre and the service could be better. \r \r At the front door, I was greeted by a youngster from 90210 and directed upstairs. Not a big deal. I went upstairs? waited for someone to seat me? when I saw my group and joined them on my own.\r \r As I was getting acquainted, our waiter interrupted to ask what I would like to drink.\r \r When I asked for some good Irish Whiskey neat with a glass of water? he looked at me like I was speaking Klingon or something. He eventually returned with a glass of water. \r \r After I had touched base with some of the other guests and had reviewed the menu? the whiskey showed up? ?neat?. \r \r The prices were actually lower than I had expected for the neighborhood. The ambiance would be great for a date? but I?m afraid that the service and the food could be a major turn-off. \r \r The food began to arrive. I had ordered a Romaine with Palm Hearts and Anchovies salad. It had eye appeal but that is the toughest Romaine I have ever experience. The Palm Hearts were easier to deal with but, the Anchovies consisted of what I would call ?three strips of Anchovy jerky?. The salad dressing was absolutely wonderful? a joy on the palate.\r \r Another guest who had the same salad expressed the same sentiments? the tough lettuce? the great salad dressing.\r \r My Trout arrived. My first though was that is appeared to be over cooked? but maybe that was the intention. My first bite was hot... inside? but not outside. This led me to think that it had been ?nuked? just prior to serving. Even when cooled? the Trout was a disappointment. It was over cooked\r \r I have to no intentions of returning? and will forewarn anyone heading in that direction in the future.\r Pros: Great Salad Dressing Cons: Lousy Salad
