Review content:
My son Andrew has been under Chiropractic care for the last month and I can see an incredible difference in his happiness. Chiropractic is not just about the adjustment, it is about the lifestyle. The Chiropractic lifestyle, I have learned is:
1. Get adjusted regularly (to prevent disease, restore function and promote health) in all ages of people - from babies to seniors
2. Eat food that is alive! Such as fruits, veggies, nuts, organic produce, raw milk, filtered non-fluorinated water, look at your labels, eat nothing artifical, no diet pop or anything with aspartame, splenda or anything man made, it will create disease!
3. Move well, such as take walks and enjoy nature, be connected to spiritual self and not just materials in life - what really matters first?
4. Travel and get to know more people - this will help you know what type of environment you are in and how it differs/is the same with others. This gives perspective.
5. YOUR EDUCATION DETERMINES YOUR DECISIONS!
