Review content:
I started seeing Dr. Byers several years ago due to a business relationship. I was impressed with what I thought was a very knowledgable and natural way to heal you. Not having insurance at the beginning of my treatment hindered the amount of times I could afford to be seen. With a major neck injury all Byers was seeing was the $$$$....after a year or so I finally got insurance coverage which only covered 10 visits. With what he had in mind, that would have only lasted a month. I spread my visits out to twice a month as I was in a lot of pain but couldn't afford to come any more then that. Once my visits were used up, they neglected to tell me that my insurance wasn't paying anymore and continued to rack up with bill that I was unaware of as I was only paying my copay. Upon receiving a free chiropractic exam from the gym I had just joined I found out I had a thyroid problem due to my neck injury that Dr. Byers NEVER even mentioned. I was experiencing extreme fatigue, moodiness and depression even after years of treatment. I wasted hundreds of dollars to have x-rays that looked the same and a physical and mental condition that only got WORSE. If you're looking for a good chiropractor, look passed the smiles and go find some one who knows what they are doing and cares about the well being of your pocket book and your spine. Cons: broke and broken
