Getting massage here feels great! It is very relazing and works wonderfully on my sore neck and shoulders! My shoulder is much looser now because the knot is gone and this happened just after the first massage. My back used to knot up after a tough week but it no longer happens since I have been seeing the massage thereapist at Byers Chiropractic, Lisa Bushey. Im just guesing, but I think Massages relax your muscle fiber and eliminates tension that causes, in my care, knots and sorness. I think that lactic acid is moved out of the muscles and removes stiffness. Either way, It feels great and has definietly worked for me.?
