I drove my '94 Jeep Gran Cherokee in at mid-day without an appointment, and they fit me into their schedule within the hour. They took me into the shop area and showed what was wrong, with clear layman's explanations. The work was done in less than 2 hrs., and that included ordering and getting parts. The bill was a third lower than I had expected. While I was there, another customer picked up his car, expecting to pay $hundreds, but got charged $40 when they found that his "major brake problem" was just a clogged hose. These guys are honest, efficient, friendly, and expert.
