North did my move from Windsor Mill to Villa Rica GA 2 weeks ago. I wanted to take the time and express how happy I am with these movers. The estimate I got was great because i didn't have so much. I was told about all of the fees that might apply so that I am mentally and financially prepared. I got cheaper estimates but I didn't quite understand how the other companies were going to cover the move expenses for such a low price. I didn't want to take the risk of going with a cheap mover and have them destroy my stuff because I didn't pay enough! the movers that came to my home were just great.. They were fast and very careful with everything.. I wanted to help them and they didn't allow me. I liked that !! They packed and loaded everything. Went over the paperwork with me and off they went. I got a call shortly after from the manager which I much appreciated. She wanted to know how everything went. I liked that they followed up for feed back. I got my delivery the same day I was expecting it although they did not guarantee that I was going to get it that day. They gave me the driver's name and cell number and I was able to call him directly to let me know an idea of when he will be here. Very friendly crew at delivery and nothing was missing or greatly damaged. Minor scratches to one ikea item that I wasn't even sure I wanted to take so it didn't bother me. North van lines you guys are great at what you do so please keep up the good work.
