Bertuccis is great for take-out pizza. That's about it.
Wait staff is usually unaware, and slow (in the three locations I frequent, not just one.) I just called to order two pizzas for take out tonight. The host on the phone at the Mansfield Crossings location said ""Um, why don't you call back later? There will be another guy on, and he can take your order. You're calling too early.""
He couldn't write it down? Way to be professional.
Pros: Silano Pizza, comfortable atmosphere
Cons: Inconsistent service, weak versions of Italian plates
