Just came back from this place, and I just felt that I had to put my 2 cents in.
First of all, t this is a really great facility and we enjoyed ourselves for the most part. The reason I give it 1 star is the unfriendly + rude service we experienced from the staff. Let's start:
1) valet parking is unfriendly + attendants very cocky. We actually waited 40 minutes for our car- they said we did not give them the ticket (excuse + a lie).
2) Waited 20 minutes for cup of coffee + over 30 minutes for our food. (There was a total of 2 people serving food to all the customers)- Yes, today was a holiday + crowded + they were severely understaffed.
3) The receptionist at the massage parlor was SMUG + RUDE!!!! When I complained to her of her unfriendly service she asked me (What's wrong with you? That's the way I am). For $100 an hour massage, this is how they greet a customer? I complained to the manager who apologized on her behalf. When I came for my massage- she just sneaked away from the desk. A woman who barely spoke English, greeted me. When I did not understand her- another guy who barely spoke English (who pretended to be the manager) greeted me. When I asked him what happened to the girl- he told me she had important matters to tend to. I saw that she was folding the towels behind the clear windows. To make matters worse- he started getting angry at me! I told him that he was in a service industry and cannot speak to customers this way. His reply ""Did I curse? Did I threaten to hit you?"" I was dumbfounded at how rude and unfriendly this staff was.
The only workers that were friendly? The girls behind the register taking your money.
Clearly this place spent millions to create this magnificent facility- unfortunately it seems like they are paying slave wages to their understaffed workers- and it clearly shows!

Cons: Crappy staff!!!!!!!
