Review content:
We used to go to cogan's at least once or twice a week. They have a great patio to sit outside and good pizza. I would also have to recommedn their spinach salad. It is huge as well as great-tasting.
Unfortunately, we ha da bad experince the last time we went whereby by husband ordered an Aventinus (Belgian beer). It was bad -- I tasted it as well and this is also something he orders everytime we go there and any other place that serves it for that matter. Anyway, after one sip he sent it back and requested a different beer. Much to our surprise, the waitress returns with his new beer, but says the bartender is insisting he pay for the first beer anyway!! We ended up talking via phone to the owner that evening and his stance was much the same.
Needless to say we were extremely disappointed. Customer service is clearly a foreign concept and they have lost a faithful customer over a $6 drink.
