Sweet tender fried eggplant, marinated olives, chilled artichokes, and roasted peppers....just the beginning of a great meal. The Chicken Palace had chicken breasts that were sauteed and tender, covered with a creamy tomato sauce on top of angel hair pasta and topped with prosciutto ham, mozzarella and fresh tomato. Absolutely out of this world. Servings are plentiful, staff are attentive and the experience was like being back in bella Napoli!
