Businiess name:  Elmer's Pancake House

All I can say is mmmmm I love Elmers. It was the very first place we ate at after arriving in Oregon three years ago. I didn't know that places like this still existed. Elmers, for those of you new to the establishment, is like a cross between Denny's and your mother's home cooking. I mean a very good Dennys. A Utopian dennys where the staff actually waits on you and your food isn't cold or you got the wrong order. Elmers has fried chicken, pot roast, mashed potatoes with gravy, ham and eggs, fluffy waffles...I highly contribute Elmer's to my lack of anything to wear that fits. It's more expensive than Dennys, but worth it. Note...Sunday after church this place is crazy! Try it during the week sometime if you are able.
