My laptop wouldn't connect to the Internet wirelessly too well. In certain areas of my apartment, the signal would not be good enough and sometimes I couldn't get on the Internet at all. NYCH came to my place an hour after calling and set me up with the right equipment to keep me on the Internet for good and in all areas of my crib...even my bathroom!
Pros: Fast, knowledgeable, definitely worth it
