I had a great experience with this local locksmith company. A few days ago, when I returned home from work my key broke in my lock while trying to open my door. The first locksmith I have called took over 45 minutes to show up and after a short look at the lock he told me he will have to drill the lock to open the door and then install a new lock. Since my door lock is a custom designed and isn't cheap I decided to try and call a different locksmith. I have reached Germantown Key Expert, and they have told me it shouldn't be any problem to pull the broken key out of the lock and make a new key. In less than 20 minutes the locksmith had arrive, got the broken key out and made me a new key that works perfect, and all for a reasonable price. The technician was very professional and did a good job.
