Businiess name:  Express Tire

Review content:
I have been a customer of Express Tire since 2009 and have been overall satisfied with the work done on all 3 of my automobiles. Last weekend I took my car in for the 3rd set of tires on the same car from Express Tire. I mentioned to the MANAGER who assisted me to check the front right brake while he had the tire off as I thought I had heard a noise. The MANAGER called me 2 hours later and informed me that the front brakes are fine but rear brakes ARE PAPER THIN and need replacement immediatly. He explained the cost of the pads and rotors installed would be $657. I told him for that price I can get it done by the dealer using genuine parts. 5 minutes later the MANAGER called me back and reduced the price by $100. The dealer uses original parts and gives me a loaner car so I once again declined. \r \r Because of my concern to drive on brakes that are PAPER THIN I immediatly took the car from Express to the dealer to have the brakes replaced. THE PERSON THAT PERFORMED THE INSPECTION EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE BRAKES WERE LESS THAN HALF WORN.\r \r WARNING, WARNING, WARNING, this is the second time I was advised by Express Tire to replace parts that were not warn out, and in fact fine.\r \r In my opinion, when a bold faced liar tells me to replace parts that are perfectly fine (and I have pictures) just to line his pockets that is the definition of a THIEF and a LIAR.\r \r GET A SECOND OPINION WHEN DEALING WITH EXPRESS TIRE and do not trust what they are telling you. I wasted 1/2 day in a panic to rush to get brakes replaced that were not even 1/2 worn.
