From beginning to end, this experience was great! When I called Doctor Fix It, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Detlef came to my house right on time and examined the problem (a couple of our pipes overflow frequently). He then explained in detail what he needed to do and also gave me options to choose from, each with a fair price. He answered all my questions and then very skillfully completed the job. He was neat and quick, and explained what was happening at every step of the process. When he was finished, he showed me that everything was fixed and explained how to perform the follow-up steps. He was extremely friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Doctor Fix It in the future and recommend it to my friends and family!
