Review content:
Ive had many chances to watch my wife get her hair done. The staff member who does her hair talks to people more than keeping an eye on what shes doing. Poor service includes waiting sometimes up to thirty minutes after our appointment for her to get started. I think she overbooks. As far as the quality goes it all depends on the day. We called one time to say we would be ten minutes late and my wife paid for it by shotty work. All in all being a guy, maybe this review isnt much help but I really do feel I am a expert at watching how careful a stylist can or cant be. For the amount of money we spend you would think a stylist could keep her attention on work and not chatting with other customers and staff. Pros: Reasonable price for a haircut Cons: Poor customer service, lack of attention to detail
