Review content:
i walked through the front door of the salon and recieved blank stares from the three employees and the front desk. i should've turned around and walked back through those doors. \r

the stylist asked what i wanted done. i went over a few wishes & she nodded as if she knew just what i wanted. thirty silent minutes later i ended up with the exact cut i DIDN'T ask for. the next 15 minutes were filled with requests to fix the things i didn't like. all i could see were more and more chunks of hair falling to the floor. i eventually said 'it's fine' just to get her to stop. \r

when at the front desk paying for my cut the employee short changed me $15, when i told her all she said was 'oh...' and put more money on the counter. \r

i walked out of the salon with tears running down my face.\r

i will never return to that place.
