Here's another reason why I love living Santa Cruz. I first discovered these guys when I moved to Santa Cruz 5 years ago. I called a bunch of different places (most of who didn't answer their phone). Not only did they pick up the phone (no voicemail), but it turned out they were the only ones in town who said they could fix the broken DC jack on my laptop instead of telling me that I needed to buy a new motherboard.\r

So let me tell you about these guys. I've been using them ever since I first moved here. This is a locally-run business, andthey has always gone the extra mile for me. I like that they're friendly, helpful, and they do little extras like cleaning up my computer and making sure everything is updated before I get it back. The owner (Peter?) is there a lot, and I think that makes a big difference. \r

Even though the shop is a little quirky, they have always done right by me, and the staff has is very courteous and attentive. Kudos to a local business that cares for their customers!
Pros: Very helpful, courteous and attentive. Service is Prompt, reliable, and HONEST. Pride of local ownership really shines through!
Cons: The shop is a little quirky and techie... but about what you'd expect from a bunch of computer guys.
