Review content:
Tennessee's is on a little road that runs between and connects Rt 9at the Wal-Mart and Rt 30at the McDonald's--a very unpretentious restaurant/take out place that has never disappointed me. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast and efficient. Meals and bulk preparations are available. If you do have any issues, they totally stand behind their product and are very happy to keep the customer feeling satisfied and respected enough to return. The ribs, chicken, pulled pork are juicy/not dried out, mostly dry-rub, meaty, and fresh. The side dishes (the beans are excellent molasses based beans)are sufficiently generous and typical of standard barbecue fare. The root beer and more adult beers are both cold and quality. The restaurant is not fancy in any way, which is perfect for families with or without kids eating pretty messy food!! Mostly people do take-out as far as I can tell, but my family eats there fairly regularly so I can be free from doing the dishes afterward ar home--definitely a plus for me. Credit cards are ok and they're open 11 am to 10pm (exc. Sun til 9). I believe there's a Tennessee's on Huntington Ave in Boston, but I can't tell you more about that one. All in all, it's a great place for ribs.
