I actually had two really great experiences with them. One, I was visiting the area in the midst of moving and checking out my new home and I hit something and took off my sideview mirror and I called them.
They called around and found a replacement and overnighted it for me and had me come in first thing that morning to put it on. They were really on the ball, I was so impressed.
I used them a second time for an air conditioning problem in my car, but they offered me shuttle service and gave me a motor car to use for the day.
They are quick with diagnostics and the waiting room is very nice and pleasant. I have never felt taken advantage of on my bill. They don't try and sell you things you don't need and I feel confident in them.
