Yolanda at Honda of Concord was great. We had a car brought in for us to purchase. There was issues with the warranty since it came from a Toyota car dealership and did not have all of the Honda Parts under the hood. In order to receive the warranty we had to have it certerfied. We could not afford to change all of the items on the car to make it cerfified. Concord Honda worked with us and they were able to make it right. Yolanda was calm and very helpful. I didnt even mind the finance guy! Love our car. Lisa
